Confirm before ordering
Return eligibility, cancellation conditions, warranty information and the process for reporting an issue are set out for the particular product and order in your quotation. There is no single return window for all products.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty items
Contact FORTIVON with the order reference, a description of the issue and relevant photos where appropriate. Keep the item and packaging while the next steps are confirmed.
Change-of-mind requests
Eligibility may depend on the product, the agreed order conditions and applicable law. Do not assume an item is either automatically returnable or non-returnable; confirm before approval.
Refunds and costs
Refund eligibility, processing times and any return-delivery costs are confirmed for the relevant order. We do not promise a universal refund timeframe or charge a general returns fee.
Consumer rights
