1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and the sourcing service offered by FORTIVON (PTY) LTD (Registration No. 2026/687077/07). By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to them.
2. Use of the website
This website describes a product sourcing and fulfilment service; it is not an online store. Category examples are illustrations, not product listings or offers. Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, do not submit unlawful requests, and do not attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
3. Requests are not orders
Submitting a request is an enquiry. It does not create an order or any obligation for you to buy or for FORTIVON to supply. We cannot guarantee that every product, specification or quantity can be found.
4. Quotations and acceptance
If we find suitable options we send a quotation showing the items, quantities, prices, delivery, total and any conditions, together with a validity date. An order is formed only when you accept a valid quotation. You may decline or ask questions instead. Prices or availability may change after a quotation expires.
5. Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Whether VAT applies is shown on each quotation.
6. Payment
No deposit is required to submit a request. Payment is arranged only after you approve a quotation, using the instructions provided with it. FORTIVON does not offer credit or financing and does not charge interest or late-payment interest.
7. Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery method, charges and estimated timing are set out in the quotation. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. See Delivery Information for more detail.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled as described on our Returns & Refunds page and in the relevant quotation, and always subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FORTIVON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the service, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new requests; accepted quotations remain subject to the terms in force when accepted.
